Simply stunning. There are no words able to describe Kismet, the new 122 meter creature launched by Lürssen last June and presented at the last Monaco Yacht Show. The exterior lines have been penned by Nuvolari Lenard who thought of a jaguar bow to define an aggressive and leaping touch, while the 3 deck interior design arise from the imaginative creativity of Reymond Langton Design. Given that on board comfort and details are a must aboard a Lürssen maxiyacht, the Bath based studio focused its attention on well-being and fitness. Key highlights include a 7-star wellness suite, complete with a hammam, sauna and cryotherapy chamber. There is also a private treatment room equipped with a massage table, waterfall shower, chromotherapy bathtub and a yoga studio. Not enough? A Nemo cinema on the lower deck featuring a 150-inch television, and an underwater seating area may complete the satisfaction of the 16 guests on board assisted by a 37 member crew. But Kismet is not only comfort. Technology drives the propulsion system with a cutting-edge hybrid powertrain combined with a full-electric mode, setting Kismet among the most powerful maxi yachts that can cruise 18 knot speed. Powerful but act friendly too. A heat recovery system in the generators for pool water heating and dynamic positioning for electronic anchoring in sensitive and remote areas, underscore Lürssen’s commitment to sustainability and safety.
